It All Fits Together...

A student won’t be able to focus in class if they don’t feel comfortable walking the halls. A parent doesn’t feel kindly toward a school if they worry through the day that their child is safe. An administrator needs to know that they have the backing of the School Board when dealing with difficult personalities and situations. Teachers must be confident that they have the freedom to use their skills, instincts and judgment in the classroom.

Support staff needs to know how indispensible they are to the structure of our schools. Taxpayers should be confident that their money is well spent and that their views are respected. The same taxpayers need to be assured that when it is time for them to sell their house; it will be in high demand because people speak highly of Greece’s school system. School board leadership sets policy, oversees implementation of that policy and sets an example of civility and cooperation for the sake of the community. Behind it all, the board is always there, ensuring that all of the parts come together.
